When I started Amadoo, I knew I wanted to build a company that is friendly and supportive, as well as innovative and valuable to our clients. With over 20 years in the industry, I have learned what works and what does not, and one thing I was keen to avoid was unnecessary bureaucracy, which can slow down progress and stifle creativity. This makes Amadoo a great fit for small to medium-sized businesses who are also more agile than larger corporations.
My intention has always been to keep the company small so that we can offer a truly one-to-one service, helping cut through the red tape of larger agencies, keeping us fast moving and innovative, whilst keeping costs lower than you might expect.
